Originally from St. Bernard, Louisiana, Mr. Wolff received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans, where he served as Editor-in-Chief for the student campus-wide newspaper. Mr. Wolff after working in the New Orleans hospitality industry for nearly a decade, obtained his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. During his tenure, Mr. Wolff obtained the highest grades for his class in Agency & Partnership, Latin American Legal Systems, Trial Advocacy. He also is a recipient of the Warren Mouledoux Professional Award for obtaining the highest grade in his class in Legal Ethics & Professionalism.

Mr. Wolff originally clerked for the Hon. Paulette R. Irons in Civil District Court, exposing him to a variety of legal issues both inside and outside the Courtroom. Prior to becoming an attorney at Nicaud & Sunseri, Richard Wolff has advocated for clients primarily in the fields of personal injury, flood claims, family law, property disputes, successions and business law.
